Problems for Speed Racer

I've been watching old Speed Racer cartoons as of late, so I just had to get an excuse to draw the Mach 5. The funny thing about this comic is the orignal price for gas was $2.40. That was 10 cents higher than it was that day. By the time it was in the paper the price of gas was 20 cents over! So, last minute, my Mom makes the sign say $2.70. What you're seeing is my revised version, because I had a lot of white out on there.

UPDATE: Due to the increasing gas prices, just "pretend" that it says whatever the current gas price is now. I can't wait for a president to get into office who DOESN'T have ties to the oil industry.
